Our rooms are large, between 220 sq.ft and 330 sq.ft, NOT counting the private bath areas. The ceilings are high, too (8 1/2 ft), so they are truly elegant.

Each room has a private bathroom and a color cable TV. Free high-speed wireless Internet is available, too!

Full gourmet breakfast is free if you stay two or more nights in a row. If you stay only one night, the breakfast is $15 per couple.

The rates below are for two persons, per night. Each additional person is $20 per night. Rollaway bed is also available for the additional $10 per night. During the long weekends we require two nights minimum stay. Please note that credit card payments require an additional surcharge $5.00/per night.

The check-in time is from 4 p.m. (16:00) to 9:00 p.m., except on Tuesdays the check-in time is from 6 p.m. (18:00) to 9:00 p.m.. If you arrive earlier, please feel free to spend time in Zion Park, it's only 10 minute drive from us. If your flight gets delayed or some other delay occurs and you cannot arrive before 9:00 p.m., please give us a call to let us know about the delay. There will be $30 late arrival fee if you arrive later than 11 p.m. Absolutely no arrivals after midnight! Please note that we are in the Mountain time zone, one hour ahead of Las Vegas and Los Angeles. There is 1 hour difference in time between us and Arizona or Nevada. ALL PRICES AND DISCOUNTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. PRICES ARE NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL RESERVED. All prices are in US dollars. Taxes are extra. Restrictions and conditions apply. The cancellation period is two weeks, please see our cancellation and other policies page for the details.

During the high season (May, June, September, and October) we generally require two nights stay minimum. However, we may have one-night windows between longer stays, so if you are interested in staying for one hight only, please contact us anyway and we will see if we have a vacancy for you.

We also offer the off-season discount between December 1st - March 1st (National holidays and long weekends excluded). Contact us for details.

Cherry room:

This is our most elegant room, with the views of Rockville Bench and Johnson mountain of Zion National Park.
King size bed with a high-quality pillow-top matress (76" x 82" or 190x205cm total size).
The room faces the pistachio orchard in the backyard of the house, which makes it extra-quiet.
Large private bathroom (bathtub with a shower).
Color cable TV.
High-speed wireless Internet.
Central air conditioning and heating.

2-person rates: Two nights minimum stay is required for this room.

Regular season:	$105/night.
High season:	$115/night.

If paying with a credit card, add $5.00/per night.
